Pastor Tod & Daphne Delay
Pastor Tod completed Pastoral Studies at RHEMA BIBLE TRAINING CENTER in Broken Arrow, Oklahoma in 1996. He also holds a Masters Degree in Theology from LIFE CHRISTIAN UNIVERSITY. As the Praise & Worship leader of FHC, as well as Senior Pastor, his motto has always been, "We're here to praise, not perform." It is that attitude which has helped usher in an anointing and excitement to live boldly for Christ.
Daphne has a Bachelors Degree in Theology from LCU as well, and is the founder of MIRROR MINISTRIES. She has authored two books and is a regular guest writer for CBN.COM (the online magazine for Pat Roberson and the 700 Club). Daphne also writes devotionals which are published in her local newspaper and subscribed to via her website around the globe.
Pastor Tod and Daphne have three children:
Christopher, Benjamin, and Emily
