FHC was started in 1998 with 40 people, but God gave Pastor Tod a vision of reaching our area like a lighthouse. Part of that vision was a new facility to accommodate the growth; one that would be a tool to disciple and minister to people in a variety of ways. As he's always said, "Buildings will burn someday, but the ministry that takes place inside will last for eternity."
In fulfillment of the vision, FHC began building in 2009 due to the growth of families. On Easter Sunday 2010, FHC had 375 people in attendance (over 115 children). This is a testimony of God's saving power! God cares about the numbers -- not for the pride of man -- but for the testimony of those who were once lost, but now are found. Join us in prayer... we believe EVERY church needs to be growing right now!
"The Lord is not slack concerning His promise [to return], as some count slackness, but is longsuffering toward us, not willing that any should perish but that all should come to repentance [and find eternal life]" (2 Peter 3:9).
